All performance levels are inclusive to installation and dyno tuning at our workshop in Osterburken. Alternatively, they can also be sent as kits inclusive remote flashing dongle to anywhere in the world. If you need any advisory by finding the right performance level, don't hesitate to contact us.

Stage 1

The Stage 1 includes not only the reprogramming of the engine control unit but also a modified replacement plate filter. The offer also includes a before and after measurement on our all-wheel drive test bench.

AUDI RS3 8Y HPerformance
Stage 1+

Compared to stage 1, the performance increase stage1+ has our in-house manufactured Sport Series intercooler, our intake from the turbocharger in 100mm and a replacement plate filter. The intercooler massively improves the intake air temperatures, which, in addition to noticeably increased performance, also enormously improves the reproducibility of these. The intake system facilitates the air flow and reduces the negative pressure before the inlet into the turbocharger. This combination not only makes higher performance possible, but the performance also remains constantly available. The intake noise, but especially the type of power development and its reproducibility, clearly distinguish this level from stage 1. A before and after measurement on our all-wheel drive test bench is also included in the offer.

Stage 2

The stage 2 achieves performance of over 535hp and 700NM.

In addition to the changes to the fresh air side such as intake with turbo inlet and intercooler, this is also achieved with a 4 inch 101.6 mm OPF-TÜV downpipe. The required boost pressures for 530hp and more require relief on the exhaust side in order to be able to call up the performance in a reproducible manner. Since the OPF models in particular are very sensitive to temperature and exhaust back pressure (exhaust gases escaping from the turbocharger, which create a back pressure / back pressure in the exhaust tract), we only use our 101.6 mm downpipe with underfloor OPF and catalyst modules on these models. In terms of sound and especially in terms of back pressure (0.3 bar less compared to the 88.9 mm), this is noticeably different from the 3.5 inch 88.9 mm version (more robust, louder, duller).

In addition to the hardware mentioned, fuel-specific tuning on our in-house all-wheel drive test bench is of course included.

Stage 3

The stage 3 achieves 620HP and 710NM.

The stage 3 is the consistent further development of our stage 2 with a newly developed TC-Turbos X6 turbocharger. This powerhouse, which was designed without compromise for responsiveness and at the same time performance of over 620HP, has matured over many years of development. Turbo lag or late response are foreign words for vehicles with this setup. The aggressiveness and agility of a level 2 is retained in this level and is expanded by more power in the middle and upper speed range. The charge air cooling and the exhaust gas routing are taken over a stage 2, as all of our performance levels are modular. In terms of exhaust gas temperature or exhaust back pressure and thermal load, the turbocharger also shines here, which literally "sucks" the exhaust gas out of the cylinder thanks to its efficient 8-blade exhaust turbine geometry, regardless of the speed range.

Stage 4

The stage 4 achieves 707HP and 800NM.

It represents the most powerful expansion level for the RS3 8Y. The basis for this power level is an engine reinforcement with our Engine Pack 1, which also reduces the compression of the engine. This not only makes the engine durable, it also improves the power output on petrol from the petrol station, as the combustion is more controlled.

The heart and responsible for the power output is, among other things, the new TC-Turbos X8 turbocharger, which carries the genes of the 870XT and has been further improved. In addition to the engine, which needs to be reinforced, our high-performance clutch kit is also used in conjunction with our flywheel reinforcement in order to be able to process the resulting torque better. Our milled intake manifold plenum is also used for more even filling and ultimately more power at the peak. This level is based to the greatest extent on our experience that we gain in 1/4 mile motorsport with our racing cars. Many of these components are used at this stage, improving efficiency and ensuring reliable durability, even under continuous loads.
